Flathead Lake Ranch

Experience the Flathead Valley and build a lifetime of memories...

Fed by the pristine waters of Glacier National Park, the Flathead Valley is resplendent with lakes and streams offering paradise to recreationalists of all types. The stunning Flathead Lake is the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi River. At 38 miles long and 15 miles wide, it is surrounded by delightful towns and villages each unique in their lifestyle.

Because of the moderate climate, the eastern shore is known as the “Banana Belt of Montana” where sweet cherries grow in abundance. The west shore is a sparkling playground with 40 miles of gentle beaches, state parks and hiking trails.

North of the lake is Kalispell showing its rich history in the charming buildings and homes that grace the tree-lined boulevards. Blending past, present and future, this growing metropolis has a state-of-the-art regional medical center, a growing college, an international airport and retail outlets that bring visitors from the Northwest and Canada.

Known as the “Crown of the Continent,” Glacier National Park is one of Mother Nature’s jewels. Breathtaking mountains and glacial lakes can be enjoyed while riding along the scenic 52- mile Going-to-the-Sun Road, an engineering triumph. The Park, established as a National Park on May 11, 1910, encompasses over 1,000,000 acres, including part of two mountain ranges, over 130 named lakes, more than 1,000 species of plants, hundreds of animal species and 730 miles of hiking trails.
